— Warren Buffet

I’m Janie Jordan, Reputation Risk specialist.

I work with leaders and company spokespeople, and I arm them with the knowledge and skills to be influential, positive leaders, particularly in high-stakes situations.

Does this sound like you?

✔︎ You’re feeling lost and even ‘shit scared’ about crisis planning. Where to start, I’m confused by all the jargon. It’s all too hard …

✔︎ You’ve received a complaint from a senior partner about the inappropriate behaviour of a junior partner, and you’re feeling concerned that the company's reputation is at risk.

✔︎ You’re juggling lots of balls, working long hours and you just want your spokespeople to behave, remember their key messages and make the journalist feel that their time with your firm is worthwhile.

Do you wish you could?

✔︎ Wave a magic wand have all your communication problems go away.

✔︎ Lessen your stress and demands on your time with all the biggest risks dealt with.

✔︎ Have a really smart, knowledgeable and trusted coach who gets me and our business who works without fuss and handholding.

If this sounds like you - I can help.

My clients choose to partner with me because I help them achieve ideal outcomes in high-stakes situations that make or break reputations.

They trust me with their leaders, their teams and their plans.

According to my clients, these are my superpowers:

Is your organisation underprepared?

In my 30 plus years of working in and around the media, in ‘war rooms’ and working with leaders in high-stakes situations, I’ve found that businesses are mostly under-prepared when it comes to crisis preparation.

Even the word ‘crisis’ sounds ‘shit’ scary (as one of my emerging leaders said to me in a workshop).

Others think they’ll just know what to do – intuitively – and others still seem to put their head in the sand now knowing even where to start or even think about crisis preparedness.

As for the media, nearly everyone who hasn’t had good media training, simply thinks that the media is ‘out to get them’ they’ll be taken ‘out of context’, misquoted and be ridiculed amongst their peers.
